I just finished reading Hello, Startup and wanted to sit down to reflect on my takeaways from it. In general, the book is about building a business - particularly a tech-focused startup - with pragmatism. But I think the takeaways can be generalized further than the startup world - and be written as 'work on the right things at the right time in the right way'.
None of these points are particularly groundbreaking, but I think that's the power of them. It's a reminder that doing big things doesn't usually take any measure of greatness - it just requires you to give it your sustained attention.
